1. What JobsPricer is
JobsPricer ("the Service"), operated by JobsPricer in Ontario, Canada, turns your spoken job notes into itemized quote documents priced from rates you enter yourself.
2. Your quotes are your responsibility
The Service transcribes and organizes what you say, but you set every price and you approve every quote before sending it. Always review a quote on the verify screen before giving it to a client. JobsPricer is a drafting tool, not a party to any contract between you and your clients, and we are not liable for pricing errors in quotes you send.
3. Accounts and the free trial
You get 3 free quotes per account. After that, continued use requires a paid subscription ($39 USD/month or $299 USD/year). You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
4. Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from Manage billing on your dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the Service — no attempting to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Service changes
We may update or discontinue features. If we materially reduce the Service you've paid for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund of prepaid, unused fees.
