What we collect
Your account email and password (handled by Supabase Auth), your business details and price sheet, and the quotes you create — including the transcript of what you recorded.
Voice recordings and AI processing
When you record a job, the audio is sent to a speech-to-text provider (Groq or OpenAI, running Whisper) to produce a transcript, and the transcript is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to extract line items. Audio is processed to create your transcript and is not stored on our servers afterward. Don't record people who haven't agreed to be recorded.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we keep only your Stripe customer reference and subscription status.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, and we don't use your quotes or recordings to train AI models.
Where data lives
Account data and quotes are stored with Supabase (Postgres). Requests are processed on Vercel. These providers may process data outside Canada.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time — delete quotes and price-sheet rows in the app, or email jobspricer@gmail.com to delete your whole account. Ontario/Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) applies.
